Oh, and so apparently WordPress is going to charge me $150 next month to keep my horrible site plan, which is very new to me, and which is farcical considering how archaic, unnavigable, and awful this site is. So, there might be a gigantic switcheroo happening between now and then.

This apparently doesn’t even include the charge for my domain name. I mean, look at this blog and tell me if you would throw any more money at it, especially if you’re one of the Working Poor who just wants to write.

I have everything I’ve written (mostly) saved, so that won’t be a problem, but it will be a massive chore. I have already lost so much of my online writing due to domains being shut down, and Wayback Machine giving me nothing. So if you feel like donating to the cause, please do so. I think my PayPal is @NadyaVera27, but I have literally NEVER used it, so I don’t know. Just a panhandle. I see everyone else doing it, why can’t i?

I honestly cannot handle any further WordPress strain–it seems like every day there is some new revamp or charge or login glitch, and I can do better than this. I should have. I have had great fun writing here, but it is a site controlled by bridge trolls demanding several gold pieces every time I want to cross.

Now, where is that Squarespace, and how much do they want to wring outta me? Ugh to everything. Lately things have been weird. Spring may have sprung, but the overall vibe here in acquiescent Canada is still a mess.

But–big butt–I may be starting a YouTube channel. Don’t necessarily want to share that because of the few boys I know who despise me, who would love nothing more than to verbally attack me and all that I am, but it might be happening. We do what we have to. As Bryan Ferry declared in “Editions of You,” Boyz will be boyz will be boy-ee-oy-oyze.

Indeed, Bryan Ferry. And you will forever be held in godly status for “Avalon,” which unhooked brassieres all by itself.
